C-3 is a paygrade used within the Civilian Corps. With the exception of the Sphinx Forestry Service, it is the equivalent to the RMN rank of E-3 within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. Within the Sphinx Forestry Service, this paygrade denotes a minor between the ages of 13 and 15 years old.
This paygrade is currently used by the Diplomatic Corps, Special Intelligence Service, Sphinx Forestry Service, and the Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine, and Royal Manticoran Astro Control Service.
