Field grade officers are the "middle management" of the military, including the equivalent military paygrades of O-4 through O-6 within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.. These are supervisory roles and comprise the commanding and executive officers on board ships and battalion/brigade leaders in the Marines and Army.
TRMN
Testing is more intense, requiring one exam each level, as well two additional exams, including serving Time in grade. Exams focus more on leadership and management skills. [1] These are the most involved volunteers and are trusted with the regular operation of local chapters and major projects at the association level.
