C-1 is a paygrade used within the Civilian Corps. With the exception of the Sphinx Forestry Service, it is the equivalent to the RMN rank of E-1 within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. Within the Sphinx Forestry Service, this paygrade denotes a minor between the ages of 5 and 8 years old.
