Re:	Directive HOD 006-24 Promotion of Richard Johnson Director of the Special Intelligence Service

In respect to the precedent that was established in HOD 013-23, Civilian branch heads (RMMM, RMACS, SIS, Diplomatic Corps, SFC) hold the rank minimum of C-19/F-3. (Please note that this does not apply to people assigned to chapter command teams, which have set rank limits.) By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, Sir Richard Johson, System Agent C-16 is hereby promoted to RMMM C-19 Quadrant Agent. Effective as of March 5, 2024.

Sir Richard Johnson, Quadrant Agent, you have done an exemplary job as head of the Special Intelligence Service, thank you for your excellent work.
