Re:	Directive HOD 013-23 Appointment of head of the Diplomatic Corps

HOD 013-23

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Karolyn Morgan , Deputy Foreign Minister (Diplomatic) to the role of Foreign Minister, head of the Diplomatic Corps. She is also promoted to the rank of Minister Resident C-19/F-3 (Civil Diplomatic). The role of Deputy Foreign Minister is now vacant.

Dame Karolyn Morgan, Minister Resident you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Home Secretary, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your duties as Foreign Minister Head of the Diplomatic Corps.

The Civilian Corps would like to thank Admiral Matt Parker RMN, Duke of Camera Stellata for his service as Foreign Minister.
