- HMS Medusa (SD-316) (lead vessel), under the command of CAPTJG Erik Roberts, QBM. Patrolling San Francisco, CA (Tenth Fleet)
- HMS Revenge (SD-317), under the command of CAPTJG Theresa Hindle. Patrolling Sacramento, CA (Tenth Fleet)
- HMS Valkyrie (SD-355), under the command of CDRE Dame Jill McTavish, KCR, KCE, MC, SC, CGM, GS, QBM. Patrolling Minneapolis, MN (Second Fleet)
- HMS Grendelsbane (SD-403), under the command of CDRE Matthew Parker. Patrolling Omaha, NE (Sixth Fleet)
Reserve Ships
