The Queen's Army Medal (abbrev. AM) is a gallantry award of the Royal Manticoran Army, which is awarded only to enlisted personnel and NCOs. It is awarded to enlisted and NCOs who perform actions of gallantry and risk of life in combat with an enemy force but do not qualify for an award of the Leonard Medal. The recipients of the medal are entitled to the postnominal letters of ‘AM’ after their names. Those receiving further awards may use ‘with cluster’ or ‘with clusters’ as well. The Army Medal can be awarded posthumously.

The equivalent medal awarded to Royal Manticoran Army officers is the Medal of Gallantry.
The Queen's Army Medal is of equivalent level to the Navy Star awarded to qualifying Royal Manticoran Navy and Royal Manticoran Marine Corps enlisted personnel.
