C-5 is a paygrade used within the Civilian Corps. This paygrade is the equivalent to the RMN rank of E-5 within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.
This paygrade is currently used by the Diplomatic Corps, Special Intelligence Service, and Royal Manticoran Astro Control Service and and Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine. The Sphinx Forestry Service, does not use this paygrade at present.
