C-8 is a paygrade used within the Civilian Corps. This paygrade is the equivalent to the RMN rank of E-8 within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.
The Diplomatic Corps, Special Intelligence Service, Royal Manticoran Astro Control Service, and Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine all make use of this paygrade.
