The Survivor's Cross is a Manticoran military decoration[1]. There are no known canon recipients.

Criteria
The award is the lowest award for valor issued to the Royal Manticoran Armed Services. The Survivor’s Cross is issued for providing medical assistance for medical incidents not rising to the level of life threatening. This could include bringing a first aid kit to an accident, calling Emergency Medical services, or providing simple first aid for minor injuries such as cuts or bruises.
