C-9 is a paygrade used within the Civilian Corps. This paygrade is the equivalent to the RMN rank of E-9 within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.
This paygrade is currently used by the Diplomatic Corps, Special Intelligence Service, Sphinx Forestry Service, Royal Manticoran Astro Control Service, and the Royal Manticoran Merchant Marine.
Forms of Address
Each of the civilian branches have their own paygrade titles and forms of address. The forms of address for C-9 is outlined below:[1]
