Order of chivalry

An order of chivalry is an honorary society of knighthood with membership granted by the crown. There are five orders of chivalry which form part of the Honors System of the Star Kingdom of Manticore:

• Order of the Star Kingdom

• Order of King Roger

• Order of the Golden Lion

• Order of Queen Elizabeth

• Order of Merit

There are three Manticoran military decorations which have "Order" as part of their name, but are not orders of chivalry:

• Order of Gallantry

• Distinguished Service Order

• Order of the Crown for Naval Service (and the RMA equivalent, the Order of the Crown for Army Service).
