Re: HOD 009-23 Adjusted Civilian Structure Announcement

The purpose of HOD 009-23 is an adjustment to HOD 007-20 Civilian Chapters (Postings) for Diplomatic Corps and Special Intelligence Services (SIS) branch members is to outline a structure for the organization and constitution of Civilian Chapters (Postings) (non-uniformed) that embraces the formation of Diplomatic Corps and Special Intelligence Service chapters within The Royal Manticoran Navy, Inc. This allows non-uniformed civilians to have the same opportunities to lead and grow a chapter as the military groups.
To better align the Civilian Corps in a similar, but independent format from the Military chain of command, the following terminology will be instituted.[1]
