Company grade officers are the lowest commissioned officer ranks and includes the equivalent military paygrades of O-1 through O-3 within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.. These are supervisory roles and comprise the department heads on board ships and platoon/company leaders in the Marines and Army.
TRMN
Testing is more intense, requiring one exam each level, as well as serving Time in grade. Exams focus more on leadership and management skills. [1] Members who advance to these ranks tend to be be heavily involved in the association and volunteer for more work in their chapter and in the administration.
