KNIGHT GRAND CROSS
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby promote the following members with the class of Knight Grand Cross effective to 31-Mar-19 as a reward for donations.
