Private First Class

A Private First Class or E-2 is an enlisted person in the marine corps or army. They have completed boot camp and their "A" School and this is the first promotion an enlisted soldier can receive. A soldier who has received their second stripe is generally referred to as "PFC."
Honorverse
In peacetime, a PFC will have served six months in the service, and have completed boot camp and their Technical Specialty School.[1] The Royal Manticoran Army uniform is green with yellow stripes bordered by blue. The Royal Manticoran Marine Corps is black with yellow stripes bordered by green
TRMN
If the soldier has completed their Basic Enlisted Exam, with three months Time in Grade, they are appointed to this rank.[2]
