The Havenite Operational Service Medal (HOSM) is a military decoration of the Star Empire of Manticore for service during the Havenite War[1]. There are no known canon recipients of this decoration.

This award is offered to those members who participate at an official Fleet Level function of The Royal Manticoran Navy (TRMN) on a Fleet or Chapter Level, such as a Fleet or Chapter meeting at a local convention. The key word here is participation, not attendance. The Member must have done more than simply attend (i.e., served on a panel, worked on the Security detail, etc.) A Fleet level function is any function which the Numbered Fleet Commander has designated as such, with or without their attendance.[2]
