A Private or E-1 is an enlisted person who has just joined the marine corps or army.

This is the beginning rank for all enlisted personnel for the marine corps or army.

This is the first rank given to all members. The Royal Manticoran Army uniform is green with yellow stripes bordered by blue. The Royal Manticoran Marine Corps is black with yellow stripes bordered by green.^[1]
