Admiralty Order 1703-02 was issued March 4th, 2017 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. This order establishes the awards available for all Civilian branches within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.

As of the date of this Order, the following shall be the official Civilian Awards for The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. Full descriptions will follow in the updated Awards Manual.
Only Unique Names are listed. For all others, appropriate RMN or RMA abbreviation used:
Those awards which would have a distinction between Officer and Enlisted in the Military will be divided with C-10 and below standing in for Enlisted, and C-11 and up representing Officers.
