The Superior Honor Award (abbrev. SHA) is an award issued to qualifying Diplomatic Corps and Special Intelligence Service personnel with paygrades up to C-10.

Equivalent precedence awards

The SHA is a "Second Lowest Gallantry" award. Civilian personnel with paygrades of C-11 or higher are awarded the Award for Valor.
