The Distinguished Honor Award (abbrev. DHA) is a "Second Highest Gallantry" award issued to qualifying civilian Diplomatic Corps and Special Intelligence Service personnel with paygrades up to C-10.

Equivalent precedence awards

Civilian personnel with paygrades of C-11 or higher are awarded the Foreign Minister's Award.
