The Conspicuous Bravery Medal (CBM) is an award for bravery in the Star Empire of Manticore[1]. There are no known canon recipients of this honor.

This award is the lowest award for bravery issued in the RMN. To qualify for this award, the TRMN member must perform their duties in a manner above and beyond the call of duty, but not enough to qualify for the Queen’s Bravery Medal. Volunteering to act as security for a large RMN function would be an example of a qualifier for this award. The recipient is entitled to the post nominal letters of ‘CBM’. Monetary donations are specifically precluded from this award.[2]
