Home Office Directive 001-20 was issued 5th January 2020 by the Office of the Home Secretary.

For their extraordinary service that went above and beyond to the Civilian Corps the following members are hereby awarded:

Civilian Award: Order of the Golden Lion, Knight Companion [9]*

RADM Wayne Bruns, Baron Grosvenor (RMN) RMN-0855-12 For extraordinary, exceptional and meritorious service as Home Under Secretary, his continuing service as Director of Intelligence, and his long-standing behind-the-scenes-work to make TRMN better, in many ways that most people will never see.

Civilian Award: Prime Minister's Distinguished Service Award (PMDSA) [11]* Equivalent to Manticore Cross

RADM Matthew Parker, Baron Camera Stellata (RMN) RMN-2574-14 For extraordinary meritorious service and exemplary leadership in connection with an eclectic variety of matters of great importance and responsibility in his offices as Judge Advocate General, Commandant of the IMNA War College and as Foreign Secretary of TRMN.

His carefully communicated advice along with his seemingly boundless energy and involvement in numerous projects reflect the depth and breadth of his considerable experience which will have a positive and long reaching impact in future programs and policy that will benefit all branches of TRMN.

Civilian Award: Most Eminent Order of the Golden Lion - Knight of the Golden Lion [13]

Dame Amy Wagstaff-Weston KCE (Civil Dip) RMN-3973-16 For extraordinary, exceptional and meritorious service as an MP, House of Commons, the GNS Albion, and to the TRMN membership as a whole.

Civilian RMACS Award: Transportation Ministry Gold Medal (TMGM) [17] Equivalent to Saganami Cross [17]

Transportation Secretary Garret Bitker, Baron Silver Lake (RMACS) RMN-1907-14 For extraordinary meritorious and professional service over the last 12 months that reflect great credit upon the Bureau of Training, RMACS and The Royal Manticoran Navy

Diplomatic Corps Civilian Award: Foreign Ministers Award [17] Military Equivalent to Saganami Cross [17]

Lady Dame Doreen Gunkel, KSK, Baroness White Lion (Civil Dip) RMN-2602-16 For significant ( 56 hours) of time put into Toys for Tots events over 2 years for HMS Implacable.

Civilian Award: Most Eminent Order of the Golden Lion - Officer [19]

Lady Emily Wagner, Baroness Eboracum (Civil Dip) RMN-2839-16 Who has distinguished herself by extraordinary meritorious and selfless service as a member of the Diplomatic Corps assigned to the HMS Pegasus.

Civilian Award: Member of the Order of the Golden Lion [24]

Miss Karen Berger (Civil Dip) RMN-3241-15 In recognition of your exceptionally meritorious service, enthusiasm and dedication over and beyond in your service as a member of the Diplomatic Corps assigned to the HMS Valkyrie.

Civilian Diplomatic Corps Award: Gryphon Star [28] Equivalent to The Gryphon Star [28]

Mr. Dominic Doody (Civil Dip) RMN-1223-12 For exceptional service, professionalism and dedication, in your service as a member of the Diplomatic Corps assigned to the HMS Invincible, that went over and above at CONvergence (CVG).

Civilian Award: Queens Bravery Medal [31]* Military Equivalent Queens Bravery Medal [31]

Lt (jg) Sir Philip Charles Culmer (RMN) RMN-4850-17 In recognition of your exceptionally meritorious service and assistance in support of the Home Office.

Major Gary Miller (RMMC) RMN-5617-18 In recognition of your exceptionally meritorious service and assistance in support of the Home Under Secretary.

• Foreign Awards: Members who are awarded a Foreign Award are permitted to select their RMN/branch equivalent award listed on Medusa until such time as the civilian award ribbons are published.

For the authorised wearing of Foreign Awards refer to “Foreign Awards (Admiralty Order 1707-06)

1. For purposes of this Admiralty Order, the branches within TRMN are: RMN, RMMC, RMA, GSN, RHN, IAN, Uniformed Civilian Service (SFS, RMMM, & RMAC), and Civil Service (Diplomatic Corps, Intelligence Corps, & Parliament), and General Civilian (Peerage Land Staff, & unaffiliated Civilians).

2. When a member from one branch is given an award from another branch, that award may be worn on the uniform of the member as a foreign award.

3. If a member transfers from one branch of service to another, the awards earned by the member in their previous branch(es) of service may be worn on their new uniform in accordance with the policies set forth in this AO.

4. All foreign awards, with the exception of the highest award for each branch (PMV, Star of Grayson, etc.) are worn at the bottom of the members’ ribbon rack, below any awards for the members’ current branch. The PMV and its equivalent awards are worn in the normal position at the top of the members’ ribbon rack, regardless of the branch they are currently serving or when the award was issued.

5. A member may wear no more 3 (or 4, if wearing a 4 wide ribbon rack) foreign awards at any time and they should be the highest foreign awards earned by the member. The PMV and its equivalents are exempted from the maximum number of foreign awards which may be worn.

6. Unit awards are exempted from this Admiralty Order and may continue to be worn as outlined in the Uniform Manuals governing such awards.
