KNIGHT COMMANDER
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby promote the following members, Members of the Order, with the class of Knight Commander effective to 01-Oct-19 as a reward for donations.
