Effective as of 0001 Hours on 04 August, 2018, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of HMS Trebuchet (CA-582), This is an Saganami C-class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to Second Fleet (Willmar, Minnesota, USA).
