Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 28 May 2017, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of GNS Matthias (DD-28). This is an Apostle-class Destroyer and is assigned to the Second Fleet (Avon, OH, USA).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to GNS Matthias, DD-28:
- CDR Terri Leavitt, GSN (assigned as CO)
- LTJG Anne Zecca, MMO, GSN (assigned as XO)
- CPO Bryan Jones, RMN (assigned as Bosun)
- ENS John Ross, RMN
- PO2 Richard Clark, RMN
- PO3 Derek Marlar, RMN
- S3C Dan Chrapczynski, GSN
- S3C Timothy Wilson, RMN
- S3C Holly An’ Oyster, RMN
- PVT Teny Leavit, RMMC
- PVT Molly Timko, RMMC

The following brevets are hereby authorized:
- Anne Zecca to LIEUTENANT SG, GSN
Subsequent to this commissioning, {{#if:hcn

}}}} shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. This vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
