Sir Don:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Valkyrie (SD-355), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service to the Crown, relieving Commodore Sir Christopher Thompson KDE, MC, OC, SC, NS, CGM, GS, RMN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
In this new billet, you are promoted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
Additionally, these personnel are appointed under your command in the following billets:
- SMCPO Daniel G Stiglich, CGM, (RMN-2215-14) is hereby appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER and is commissioned at the brevet rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
