Captain Lundgren:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Invictus (SD-403), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service to the Crown, relieving Commodore Dame Cindy Jeffers, KDE, CR, QBM, CBM, RMN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Additionally, the following personnel are appointed under your command in the following billets:
- LCDR Benjamin T. Rittgers, GS, CBM (RMN-1339-13) is hereby appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER and brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
