History
Thirteenth Fleet was activated with Naval Directive 20MY-02 on 2 June 2020. This order integrated the previously independent Czech fan club "HMS Phantom" into The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).

"For being the most successful ship in the 2024 Emergency Management Course Challenge and also for their active participation in both Teddy Bear and Blood Drive challenges during 2024 the Royal Meritorious Unit Citation is hereby awarded to the crew of HMS Homer."
