Thirteenth Fleet
The Thirteenth Fleet (Silesian Fleet) is one of the numbered fleets within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.. Commanded by RADM Tomáš Váca MC, OE, OG, CGM, RHN from his flagship RHNS Acheron (DD-2962), this fleet's area of operations includes Continental Europe.
History
Thirteenth Fleet was activated with Naval Directive 20MY-02 on 2 June 2020. This order integrated the previously independent Czech fan club "HMS Phantom" into The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).
