BuShips Directive 1610-12 was issued 30 October 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes the command structure of GNS Hermes.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I announce the Change of Command for GNS Hermes, CL-73.
The new Command Staff for GNS Hermes is:
- Commander Kirylyn Dreamer is appointed as Commanding Officer
- Lieutenant Commander Marvin Wooten is appointed as Executive Officer
The following officers are promoted as indicated below:
- Kirylyn Dreamer to Commander
- Marvin Wooten to Lieutenant Commander
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 30-OCT-16
