BuShips Directive 1610-12 was issued 30 October 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes the command structure of GNS Hermes (CL-73).

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I announce the Change of Command for GNS Hermes (CL-73).
The new Command Staff for GNS Hermes is:
- Commander Kirylyn Dreamer is appointed as Commanding Officer
- Lieutenant Commander Marvin Wooten is appointed as Executive Officer
The following officers are promoted as indicated below:
- Kirylyn Dreamer to Commander
- Marvin Wooten to Lieutenant Commander
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 30-OCT-16
