C-23

C-23 is a paygrade used within the Civilian Corps. This paygrade is the equivalent to the RMN rank of F-6 within The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.

This paygrade is reserved for the exclusive use of the Home Secretary, who heads up all civilian branches except for the Sphinx Forestry Service.

Forms of Address

As there is only one Home Secretary at a time, the correct Form of Address will be dependant on their branch of service, as well as any awards they have received. For example, the current Home Secretary (James Friedline) would be properly addressed as Earl Neu Odenwaldkries.
