Admiralty Order 1504-02 was issued April 14, 2015 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It establishes the policy regarding sharing TRMN tables with non-official Honor Harrington fan associations.

As of the date of this Order, the following is to be enforced for all Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Grayson Space Navy, Imperial Andermani Navy, and Republic of Haven Navy Commands.
As per our Official Status, “The Royal Manticoran Navy – The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association” strictly prohibits the sharing of the TRMN recruiting table with other non-Official Honoverse groups, without prior written approval of the Second Space Lord. Further, no TRMN group is allowed to share space at a convention recruitment table with people or groups who are hostile towards, or have had their membership revoked by, The Royal Manticoran Navy or its subsidiaries - in accordance with the similar provisions in Admiralty Order 0801-01 on Dual Memberships.
This policy is further designed to facilitate keeping official TRMN recruiting tables a Safe Zone from harassment, in accordance with Admiralty Order 1306-01: Harassment Policy - Zero Tolerance. An official recruiting table is any one assigned to TRMN or its subordinates by convention staff, or officially signed as such.
