As of the date of this Order, the Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association will add the Republic of Haven Navy (RHN) and the Imperial Andermani Navy (IAN) as Divisions of the Association. Until further notice, these two groups will be represented on the Royal Council (the Board of Directors) by the Marshal of the Royal Manticoran Army until their divisions grow large enough to mandate a seat at the Council.
For purposes of Chapter creation, these two groups will be treated as Meeting Chapters and will report via the Fleet Structure. As an example, if an Andermani Chapter were to form in Germany, they would report to the Commanding Officer of the Andermani (Seventh) Fleet.
The Database will be updated to reflect this order as soon as possible.
