Admiralty Order 1311-04 was issued November 26, 2013 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It appoints a new High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy (GSN).

It is my pleasure to appoint Tom Saidak to the Royal Council of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. With this appointment, Tom Saidak is elevated to the Rank of High Admiral and will represent the interests of the Grayson members on the Board. This is effective immediately, and he is to be afforded the privileges associated with this role.
We wish to sincerely thank Nicholas Hurst for his previous service as High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy. He will retain his rank as High Admiral, but is effective immediately Retired.
