As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Admiral of the Green Chrissy Killian as Chancellor of the Exchequer, reporting directly to the First Lord of the Admiralty in the role of Chief Finance Officer, effective 6-JUL-13. As of this date, Admiral of the Green Chrissy Killian will be relinquishing her position as Second Space Lord to pursue this new role.
This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Billets, Ranks and Title.
