Naval Directive 19OC-01 was issued 07 October 2019 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This directive established the office of the Wiki Manager.

You are hereby directed to report to the Office of the First Space Lord, where you will take upon the duties and responsibilities of Wiki Manager. In this capacity, you are charged with the overall execution of Wiki Policy and direct management of the Wiki Editing Team and Project Leads.
