Re: | Revised Civilian Promotion and Time in Grade Requirements (Admiralty Order 1807-02) |
This Admiralty Order is a supplement to 1707-01 and covers the Civilian Services, both Non-uniformed and Uniformed. Additionally, it contains updated methods for earning points for all members of TRMN, which clarify certain positions and where they fall.
Additionally, if you are looking to transfer from a civilian branch to a non-civilian branch, you must meet all the testing and TIG requirements for the branch you are transferring to. An Omnibus test will be introduced which will make this process easier. Any deviations from this must be approved by the appropriate Royal Council member. The exception to this is brevets for starting a Chapter, or joining a Chapter to fill a needed slot. Those transfers will be reviewed by the Bureau of Personnel or the Bureau of Ships.
If you are transferring from a civilian branch to a civilian branch, it will be at the discretion of the branch head if any particular testing is required. If you are transferring from a non-civilian branch to a non-civilian branch, it will be at the discretion of the Branch head if any particular testing is required. Likewise, if you are transferring from a non-civilian branch to a non-civilian branch, it will be at the discretion of the Branch head if any particular testing is required.
The following table covers the Diplomatic Corps and Intelligence Corps *only*. All Courses, after the Core, are either LU-KC or LU-QC depending on if you are in the Intelligence Corps or Diplomatic Corps:
