The Senior Civil Service Medal (abbrev. SCSM) is an award issued to qualifying civilians, including Diplomatic Corps and Special Intelligence Service personnel.

The SCSM is of equivalent precedence level to:
- Manticoran Service Medal (issued to the military branches and the uniformed civilian service branches.
