As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby relieve the following persons from their command positions as listed:
- Rachel Nevins, XO HMS Penelope
- Mari Bobet, XO HMS Spectre
- Larry Widing, XO GNS Barbara Bancroft
- Adam Steinberg, CO GNS Covington
I also hereby direct that the following members be demoted as shown below:
- Rachel Nevins to Lieutenant Commander
- Mari Bobet to Lieutenant, senior grade
- Larry Widing to Lieutenant Commander
- Adam Steinberg to Senior Chief Petty Officer
In addition, I do hereby direct the following vessels and their remaining command triads to complete a change of command naming new members of the Command Triads within thirty (30) days) as shown below.
