BuShips Directive 1611-06 was issued 07 November 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It is regarding the relief of the command triads of multiple ships, reduces those commissioned and non-commissioned officers to their permanent ranks, and informs non-compliant ships of potential decommissioning.

Re:	Relief of Command Triad Members, Round TWO (BuShips Directive 1611-06)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby relieve the following persons from their command positions as listed:

FIRST FLEET

Rachel Nevins, XO HMS Penelope

THIRD FLEET

Mari Bobet, XO HMS Spectre

FOURTH FLEET

Larry Widing, XO GNS Barbara Bancroft
Adam Steinberg, CO GNS Covington

I also hereby direct that the following members be demoted as shown below:

FIRST FLEET

Rachel Nevins to Lieutenant Commander

THIRD FLEET

Mari Bobet to Lieutenant, senior grade

FOURTH FLEET

Larry Widing to Lieutenant Commander
Adam Steinberg to Senior Chief Petty Officer

In addition, I do hereby direct the following vessels and their remaining command triads to complete a change of command naming new members of the Command Triads within thirty (30) days) as shown below. All new members of the Command Triads must be fully tested to the rank they will be assuming as part of the position:
