The Sphinx Cross (SXC) is a Manticoran military decoration. In canon, known recpients include Ahmed Griggs and Christina Bulanchik.
TRMN Information
This award is the second lowest award for valor issued to the Royal Manticoran Armed Services. To qualify for this award, the recipient must have promoted public health in their community in a quantifiable way.
This could include sewing or creating masks for the community during a pandemic, coordinating blood drives or immunization clinics, or other similar actions. It cannot be given for specific injury treatment/prevention (which fall under the Survivor's Cross, Queen's Cross for Bravery, or Parliamentary Medal for Valor) or individual blood donation (which can fall under the Wound Stripe). The recipient is entitled to the post-nominal letters ‘SXC’.[1]
