As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Commander Jon Stout to the role of Staff Tactical Officer in the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty. His responsibility will include the teaching and training of S.I.T.S. 101, 201 and 301 instructors, as well as his continued work in the development of S.I.T.S.
This Officer is to be treated with the respected afforded a position at Admiralty House.
