This is to certify that the Office of the High Admiral has awarded the ARMSMAN'S CROSS IN SILVER to Senior Master Chief Petty Officer SARAH HAMILTON for inspirational service to Mannheim University, School of Xenoanthropology and the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy, Technical Specialties Center as Instructor from March 2022 through March 2023
