To all Members of the Grayson Armed Forces and citizens of the Protectorate.
It is with pleasure that we award the following in this time of distancing and virtual conventions.
Roon Marchant, Captian of HMS Victorious, did participate in the Virtual Starfleet International Conference, and did so representing TRMN noticeably and intentionally. He is hereby awarded the Prisoner of War Medal.
