Protector’s Order 2212-03 was issued 22 December 2022 by the High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy. It details the appointment of the Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of the Grayson Space Navy.

Senior Chief Petty Officer Fretz:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed to the Office of the High Admiral, Command
Central, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Senior Master Chief Petty
Officer of the Navy, relieving Senior Master Chief Petty Officer Kathy Rau, GSN, Steadholder
Chernakova, in service to the Sword. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the
rank of SENIOR MASTER CHIEF PETTY OFFICER OF THE NAVY, GSN.
I wish to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to SMCPO Chernakova for her long and
dedicated service to the Grayson Space Navy, and I wish her all success in her future endeavors.
The above directive, Protectors Order 2212-03, is effective on this date, 22 December 2022.
