Protector's Order 1201-16 was issued December 25, 2016 by the High Admiral of the GSN. It appoints the first Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of the GSN.

To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Grayson Space Navy, the Royal Manticoran Forces, Imperial Andermani Navy, Republic of Haven Navy, and Allied Navies
From:	High Admiral Lord Sir Thomas Saidak, DSO, KE, High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy
Re:	Appointment of Bosun of the Navy (Protector’s Order 1202-16)

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson, I hereby appoint CPO Tom Bainbridge to the position of Bosun of the Grayson Space Navy. As such he is ordered to immediately report to my offices at Sword Hall. Additionally, CPO Tom Bainbridge is hereby promoted to the Rank of Senior Master Chief Petty Officer. Upon his arrival, SMCPO Tom Bainbridge will execute the duties of his office, as the Intercessor gives him to understand them, effective 12-26-16. Effective the same Date, CPO Tom Bainbridge is promoted to the Rank of Senior Master Chief Petty Officer
