Re:	Directive 004-17: Home Under-Secretary transfer to the Intelligence Service

As of the date of this order, Home Under-Secretary Wayne Bruns, (RMN 0855-12) is transferred to the Espionage and Intelligence Civil Service, and the lateral rank of C-20, Deputy Director of Operations.
