Corps Directive 04-2310 was issued 1 October 2023 under the authority of the Marshal of the Corps. It appointed a new Commanding Officer of Marine Forces Command.

Re:	Appointment of COMFORCECOM (Corps Directive 04-2310)

01 October 2023

COMFORCECOM, being an important billet and necessary for the day-to-day functioning of the RMMC needs to be filled immediately. Therefore, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Lieutenant General William “Bill” Farley, Baron Belleau Wood, to the position of Commanding Officer, Marine Forces Command (COMFORCECOM). General Belleau Wood you are hereby ordered to London Point, Manticore, post haste where you will assume the billet of Commanding Officer Marine Forces Command, RMMC.

Along with your appointment, you are also hereby brevetted to the rank of General (F-4).
